These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the livebaji platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, promotions, and account services. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.
General Terms and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and livebaji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the livebaji website, creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
livebaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, the Platform will update the Effective Date shown above and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered users via email. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all respects. The Platform operates primarily in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳) and is designed to serve the Bangladesh market.
If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the livebaji platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform after notification of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those terms.
Binding Agreement
Using the Platform constitutes acceptance of these terms. All users — whether registered or browsing — are subject to this Agreement.
English Governs
This Agreement is written in English. The English text takes precedence over any translated version in all circumstances.
Subject to Change
livebaji may update these terms at any time. The Effective Date is revised accordingly. Continued use after updates means acceptance.
Privacy Included
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into this Agreement. Your data rights and obligations are set out in that document.
Eligibility and Age Restriction
livebaji is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. By registering an account or placing any bet on the Platform, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. The Platform operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings accumulated during the period of underage use will be forfeited.
In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions to use the Platform:
- You are a natural person, not a corporate entity, acting on your own behalf.
- You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment only.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from livebaji or had an account closed for breach of these terms.
- You are not acting as an agent for, or otherwise on behalf of, any third party.
- You understand that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money deposited into your livebaji account.
- You are solely responsible for any tax obligations that may arise in connection with your use of the Platform under the laws applicable to you.
livebaji reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period specified by the Platform may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawal requests until compliance is achieved.
Minimum Age: 18
No person under the age of 18 may register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any game or promotion on livebaji. 18+
Account Registration and Verification
Each individual may hold only one registered account on livebaji. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, livebaji reserves the right to close all accounts except the first verified account, and any balances or bonus funds held in duplicate accounts may be confiscated.
When registering, you must supply accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are obliged to keep this information up to date. Any changes to your registered details must be communicated to the support team promptly.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
livebaji applies a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. You may be asked at any time — including at the point of withdrawal — to provide one or more of the following documents:
- A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
- Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter)
- Proof of payment method (screenshot or photo of your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account showing your registered mobile number)
- Selfie holding your ID document, if requested by the compliance team
Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by livebaji will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed. Accounts that remain unverified for an extended period may be closed at the Platform's discretion.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. livebaji will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any activity carried out using your login credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact support@livebaji immediately.
One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted exactly one registered account. Operating multiple accounts is a breach of these terms and will result in account closure.
Keep Credentials Safe
Never share your login credentials. livebaji support staff will never request your password under any circumstances.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
All transactions on livebaji are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific channels may vary from time to time based on technical and operational factors.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made through mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your livebaji wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers may take one to three business hours to reflect, depending on the sending institution's processing times.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the livebaji payments team within one business hour during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. To be eligible to withdraw, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Your account must be fully KYC-verified.
- Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal can be processed against bonus-derived funds.
- The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name; third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
- The withdrawal amount must meet or exceed the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to your selected channel.

Bonus and Promotion Terms
livebaji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on first deposit, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each individual promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on the promotion page for each individual offer. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. If the time limit expires before requirements are met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
Bonus Eligibility Rules
- Bonuses are available to one person per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times will result in forfeiture.
- Welcome bonuses are available to newly registered players only and cannot be claimed more than once, even if a player closes and reopens an account.
- Free spins issued as part of a promotion will be credited to a specific game or set of games, as stated in the promotion details. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirements specified in that promotion.
- livebaji reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments made to players who have already opted in and begun wagering under the original terms.
- Bonus funds and real money funds are accounted for separately in your wallet. Real money is always wagered first unless specific game rules state otherwise.
- Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged, or converted to cash outside of the standard wagering completion process.
In all cases of dispute regarding bonus terms, livebaji's interpretation of its own promotional rules shall be final, subject to the complaint resolution procedure set out later in this Agreement.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a user of livebaji, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
- Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud livebaji or other players, including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks without legitimate basis, or manipulation of game outcomes.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotion.
- Arbitrage and bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour, including systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to clear wagering requirements.
- Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, AI-driven betting programs, or any automated device to interact with the Platform in place of, or alongside, manual human play.
- Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
- Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activity. livebaji operates transaction monitoring procedures and is obliged to report suspicious activity.
- Impersonation: Registering under another person's name or using another person's identity documents during the KYC process.
- Threatening or abusive behaviour: Directing threatening, discriminatory, or abusive language toward livebaji staff or other platform users.
livebaji reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to investigate any account suspected of breaching the above rules. During an investigation, the Platform may place a temporary hold on withdrawals, request additional documentation, and/or suspend the account. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, any bonus funds will be forfeited, and winnings derived from prohibited conduct may be withheld.
Transaction Monitoring
livebaji monitors all financial transactions on the Platform for signs of fraud, money laundering, and bonus abuse using automated and manual review processes.
Account Suspension and Closure
You may request the closure of your livebaji account at any time by contacting support@livebaji. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigations.
livebaji may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period
- Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
- Confirmed underage gambling
- Suspected money laundering or other illegal activity
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy)
- Self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder
Responsible Gaming Closures
Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request a temporary time-out (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible once confirmed. During any active self-exclusion period, the Platform will not send promotional communications to the excluded account. Dormant Account Policy
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for 12 or more consecutive months. livebaji will notify you by email before applying any dormancy administration fee. Any remaining balance after applicable fees will be retained for a further period before being subject to forfeiture, as permitted by applicable law.
Close Anytime
You may request account closure at any time. Verified real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method after any pending checks are cleared.
Intellectual Property
All content on the livebaji Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of livebaji or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the Platform without prior written consent
- Scrape, index, or data-mine the Platform by automated means
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform
- Use the livebaji name, logo, or brand assets in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written permission
Game content displayed on the Platform is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All rights in those games remain with their respective owners. livebaji makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you voluntarily submit to livebaji regarding the Platform may be used by the Platform without obligation, restriction, or compensation to you.
